Important Notice

Due to the nature of digital goods and instant delivery services, most completed orders are non-refundable. Please ensure all information is correct before placing an order.

Order Not Delivered

Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive a different item or amount than what you ordered due to our error.

3. Not Eligible for Refund

If you provided incorrect Player ID, Server, or other game account information resulting in delivery to the wrong account.

Completed Delivery

If the items have been successfully delivered to your game account.

Change of Mind

If you simply changed your mind after the order was placed or completed.

Account Banned/Suspended

If your game account was banned or suspended by the game publisher after delivery.

Third-Party Issues

Issues caused by game publishers, maintenance periods, or third-party service providers.

4. Refund Request Process

Include your Order ID, username, payment proof, and detailed description of the issue.

Our team will investigate your request within 1-3 business days.

If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Methods

5.1 Wallet Credit (Preferred): Refunds are typically issued as credit to your TOPUPGAMEMOBILE wallet for future purchases.

5.2 Original Payment Method: In some cases, refunds may be issued to your original payment method (USDT address). This may take longer and may be subject to network fees.

5.3 Processing Time: Wallet credits are instant upon approval. Cryptocurrency refunds may take 1-5 business days.

6. Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of the order was affected (e.g., partial delivery), we may issue a partial refund proportional to the undelivered portion. The exact amount will be determined after investigation.

7. Order Cancellation

7.1 Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been processed yet.

7.2 Due to instant processing, most orders cannot be cancelled after payment confirmation.

7.3 To request cancellation, contact support immediately after placing the order.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

8.1 Please contact us before initiating any payment disputes or chargebacks.

8.2 Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account termination.

9. Time Limits

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original order date. Requests submitted after this period may not be honored.
